                                   CLAUSE NOTES

                      Valuation of Land Amendment Bill 2016


Clause 1   Short title and citation.


Clause 2   The Act commences on a day or days to be proclaimed


Clause 3   The Principal Act is the Valuation of Land Act 2001.


Clause 4   Section 11 amended
           The Duty of Valuer-General to make valuations is altered in subsection (1A).


Clause 5   Section 30 amended
           Consideration of objections by the Valuer-General is exempted from the
           provisions of the Judicial Review Act 2000.


Clause 6   Repeal of Act
