A medical practitioner must not, without the authority of the Secretary, issue a prescription for, or supply to a patient, the following narcotic substances, namely:(a) amphetamine;(b) cannabis;(c) dexamphetamine;(d) dextromoramide;(da) esketamine;(e) fentanyl, except in the case of a patient with cancer;(f) hydromorphone;(g) ketamine;(h) lisdexamfetamine;(i) methadone;(j) methylamphetamine;(k) methylphenidate;(l) nabiximols;(la) N,α-dimethyl-3,4-(methylenedioxy)methamphetamine (MDMA);(m) pethidine;(n) phenmetrazine;(na) psilocybine;(o) tetrahydrocannabinol.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
