CHIROPRACTORS AND OSTEOPATHS REGISTRATION ACT 1997 (NO. 48 OF 1997) - SECT 12
Registrar and other employees
(1) The Board must appoint a Registrar and may appoint such other
employees as may be necessary for the performance of its functions and the
exercise of its powers.
(2) The Registrar is to act as secretary to the Board.
(3) The Tasmanian State Service Act 1984 does not apply to employees of
the Board.
