(1)  A person may, on payment of the prescribed fee, inspect either register at the office of the Board.

(2)  A person inspecting a register may, on payment of the prescribed fee, obtain a copy of or extract from that register.

(3)  The Board may waive the payment of all or part of the prescribed fee for inspecting or obtaining a copy of or extract from a register.
