(1)  The body corporate constituted under section 4 of the Chiropractors Registration Act 1982 continues under the name "Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Board".

(2)  The Board –

(a) has perpetual succession and a common seal; and

(b) may acquire, hold, dispose of and otherwise deal with property; and

(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
