CHIROPRACTORS AND OSTEOPATHS REGISTRATION ACT 1997 (NO. 48 OF 1997) - SECT 74
Punishment of conduct constituting an offence
If conduct that constitutes an offence against this Act is also grounds for
action under section 45 , 47 or 50 – (a) the taking of the
action is not a bar to conviction and punishment for the offence; and
(b)
conviction and punishment for the offence is not a bar to the taking of the
action.
