CONSOLIDATED FUND APPROPRIATION (SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION FOR 2009-2010) ACT 2009 (NO. 45 OF 2009) - SECT 3

Issue and appropriation of $34 000 000

(1) In respect of the financial year ending on 30 June 2010, the Treasurer may issue the sum of $34 000 000 out of the Consolidated Fund.

(2) The sum specified in subsection (1) is appropriated.
