Section 38(2) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (h) ", an ancillary certificate or an authority corresponding to an ancillary certificate issued under a corresponding law" and substituting "or an ancillary certificate" ;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (k)(i) "or an ancillary certificate" third occurring;

(c) by omitting from paragraph (l)(i) "or an ancillary certificate" second occurring;

(d) by omitting from paragraph (m) "or an ancillary certificate" second occurring.
