Section 37 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting in subsection (1) ", registered veterinary surgeon or registered veterinary specialist" after "services company" ;

(b) by omitting from subsection (1) "or him" and substituting ", him or her" ;

(c) by inserting in subsection (1)(a) ", surgeon or specialist" after "company" ;

(d) by inserting in subsection (1)(b) ", surgeon or specialist" after "company" ;

(e) by omitting subsection (4) .
