ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS (REMOVAL OF INCONSISTENCY) ORDER 2018 (S.R. 2018, NO. 26) - REG 4

Section 44C amended (Disclosure of information to parent, guardian or carer)

Section 44C(1) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting " Public Health Act 1997 " and substituting " Children, Young Persons and Their Families Act 1997 " .
