ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS (REMOVAL OF INCONSISTENCY) ORDER 2020 (S.R. 2020, NO. 20) - REG 7

Section 165 amended (Operational and monthly reporting, &c.)

Section 165 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subsection (2) "Minister for Health" and substituting "responsible Minister" ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (3)(a) "Minister for Health" and substituting "responsible Minister" ;
(c) by omitting from subsection (3)(b) "Minister for Health" and substituting "responsible Minister" .
