AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (CONTROL OF USE) REGULATIONS 2012 (S.R. 2012, NO. 10) - REG 36

Records to be kept in respect of hormonal growth promotant-free animal
A person who has made an HGP-Free Declaration, or has obtained an animal and documentary evidence, within the meaning of regulation 35(2) , that the animal has not been implanted with a hormonal growth promotant, must –
(a) keep a record of the obtaining and sale or other disposal of that animal; and
(b) keep that record for a period of at least 2 years after the animal has been sold or disposed of.
Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
