Animal Farming (Registration) Amendment Regulations 2011

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the joint recommendation of the Secretary of the Department and the Secretary of the responsible Department in relation to the Nature Conservation Act 2002 , make the following regulations under the Animal Farming (Registration) Act 1994 .
