(1)  For the purposes of section 219(1)(c) of the Act, the prescribed fee for an appeal or application to the Appeal Tribunal is the fee listed for that appeal or application in Schedule 5 .

(2)  The fees prescribed in Schedule 5 are payable to the Director.
