EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

There regulations prescribe, for the purposes of the Cat Management Act 2009 –

(a) procedures for the approval, or the suspension or cancellation of approval, of cat management facilities in certain circumstances and the transfer of such approvals; and
(b) processes relating to the microchipping of cats; and
(c) other miscellaneous matters, including offences for which an infringement notice may be served.
