CRIME (CONFISCATION OF PROFITS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2001 (S.R. 2001, NO. 46) - REG 6

Regulation 6 amended (Interstate pecuniary penalty order)

Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (d) "section 13" and substituting "section 34" ;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (e) "section 12" and substituting "section 59 or 64" ;
(c) by omitting from paragraph (f) "section 15" and substituting "section 12, 16, 17 or 22" .
