Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting "weekly." from the definition of "daily newspaper" and substituting "weekly;" ;

(b) by inserting the following definition after the definition of "daily newspaper" :

GST has the same meaning as in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 of the Commonwealth.
