Regulation 29(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting " regulation 5 of the Marine and Safety (Pilotage and Navigation) Regulations 2007 " from the definition of recognised port and substituting " regulation 4 of the Marine and Safety (Pilotage and Navigation) Regulations 2017 " .
