For the purposes of section 100(2) of the Act, the following provisions of the Act are prescribed:

(a) section 87 ;

(b) section 89 ;

(c) section 94 ;

(d) section 112 ;

(e) section 115 ;

(f) section 116 ;

(g) section 118 ;

(h) section 135 .
