Regulation 114 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (j) "in respect of a club." and substituting "if the registered operator of the vehicle is a full member of a car club, approved by the Registrar for this paragraph;" ;

(b) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (j) :

(k) a special-interest vehicle used as approved by the Registrar.
