EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2010 by –

(a) amending the circumstances in which a vintage vehicle is eligible for an exemption from motor tax; and

(b) replacing the motor tax rebate for special-interest vehicles with an exemption from motor tax for special-interest vehicles in certain circumstances; and

(c) updating certain references to remove a trademarked term.
