Subject to the conditions specified in clause 19 , regulations 10 , 13 , 14(1) and 16(a) of the Vehicle Operations Regulations do not apply to a person using, or causing or permitting the use of, a vehicle or combination, other than a B-double or a truck and dog trailer combination, that is carrying one or more oversize indivisible items.
