VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (VEHICLE OPERATIONS) NOTICE 2009 (S.R. 2009, NO. 91) - REG 4
Exemption of B-doubles
Subject to the conditions specified in clause 5 , regulations 13 and
22(7)(a) and (d) of the Vehicle Operations Regulations do not apply to a
person using, or causing or permitting the use of, a B-double.
