VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (VEHICLE STANDARDS) REGULATIONS 2024 (S.R. 2024, NO. 15) - REG 147
Driver seating
The driver's seat on a bus must be – (a) securely attached to the bus;
and
(b) designed and fitted in such a way that the driver can be comfortable
and have control of the bus.
