(1)  The activity of providing a service for the collection or use of stormwater is declared to not be a regulated activity.

(2)  The activity of providing a service for the recycling of water is declared to not be a regulated activity.

(3)  The activity of providing a service for the re-use of water is declared to not be a regulated activity.

(4)  Subclauses (1) , (2) and (3) apply in relation to a service whether or not the service is provided through infrastructure that is used for the collection of sewage.

This order, made under the Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008 , prescribes that the activities of providing stormwater services, recycling of water or re-use of water are not regulated activities for the purposes of the Act.
