Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An occupier of a place or premises may recover any reasonable costs in complying with a notice under section 121(6), including any reasonable costs incurred by the occupier in taking action under this section.
(2) The reasonable costs referred to in subsection (1) are to be treated as a debt due to the occupier that is payable by a person who deposited the waste or the object or thing.
