ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT 2017 - SECT 367

An act or a decision of the Governing Board is not invalid by reason only of—

        (a)     any vacancy in the office of a member; or

        (b)     any defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment of a member.
