Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to sections 439 and 440, the following fees and penalties must be paid into the Consolidated Fund—
(a) any fee paid under this Act;
(b) any penalty for an offence against this Act or the regulations;
(c) a civil penalty for a contravention of a civil penalty provision under this Act.

(2) Any fee paid under this Act to a body (other than a council) that has delegated powers or functions of the Authority must be paid by the body to the Authority for payment into the Consolidated Fund.
