Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsOn the commencement day, a person holding office as a litter enforcement officer under the old Act is taken to have been appointed as a litter enforcement officer under whichever of section 114(1), (2) or (3) of the new Act is applicable on the same terms as applied to that person immediately before that day.
