Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) On and from the commencement of section 32 of the 2022 Act, sections 51A and 51B apply to any relevant permission application that is on foot but not determined immediately before that commencement.
(2) On and from the commencement of section 65 of the 2022 Act, sections 459A and 459B apply to an application for an exemption under section 459 that is on foot but not determined immediately before that commencement.
