Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf a provision of this Act or the regulations requires a person to comply with a condition of a permission, the obligation to comply with that condition continues until the person complies with the condition, even if—
(a) the person has already been convicted of an offence for a failure to comply with the condition; and
(b) the condition required the person to comply within a particular period or before a particular day and that period has ended or that day has passed.
