HEALTH SERVICES ACT 1988 - SECT 65Z

An act or decision of a board of a public health service is not invalid by reason only of—

        (a)     a defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment of a director of the board; or

        (b)     a vacancy in the directorship of the board.
