Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Victorian Legal Services Board must pay out of the Public Purpose Fund each financial year an amount determined by the Victorian Legal Services Board to meet the expenses of VCAT in performing functions under the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria) and this Act during that year.
(2) The amount in any financial year must not be less than the amount (if any) specified in relation to that year by the Attorney-General by written notice given to the Victorian Legal Services Board.
