LEGAL PROFESSION UNIFORM LAW APPLICATION ACT 2014 - SECT 154

Prosecution of offences

A charge-sheet charging a person with an offence under this Act or the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria) or the regulations may only be filed—

        (a)     by the Victorian Legal Services Board; or

        (b)     by a police officer; or

        (c)     by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
