Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An employer may direct an employee to take long service leave at a specified time and for a specified period by giving the employee at least 12 weeks' written notice.
(2) Subject to an order of the Industrial Division of the Magistrates' Court, an employee must comply with a direction given under subsection (1).
