Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A mental health and wellbeing service provider must establish procedures for receiving, managing and resolving complaints made to the mental health and wellbeing service provider about the provision of mental health and wellbeing services.
(2) Procedures established under subsection (1) must comply with the complaint handling standards.
