OWNERS CORPORATIONS ACT 2006 - SECT 177

An administrator in carrying out any functions and powers conferred by or under this Act or the Subdivision Act 1988 —

        (a)     must act honestly and in good faith; and

        (b)     must exercise due care and diligence.
