OWNERS CORPORATIONS ACT 2006 - SECT 206

Definitions

In this Part —

2021 Act means the Owners Corporations and Other Acts Amendment Act 2021 ;

"commencement day" means the day on which Parts 2 and 3 of the 2021 Act come into operation.
