Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA Specific Purpose Committee holds office and may exercise all the powers conferred on it by any Act or by Parliament from the day of the resolution under which it was appointed and until—
(a) the dissolution or other lawful determination of the Assembly; or
(b) a day specified in a resolution of the Council and the Assembly—
whichever occurs first.
