Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) On and after the commencement of Division 2 of Part 5 of the Freedom of Information Amendment (Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner) Act 2017 , the Accountability and Oversight Committee may continue to carry out its functions under section 6A(1)(a) to (d) in relation to the Freedom of Information Commissioner and the office of the Freedom of Information Commissioner as if that Division had not been enacted.
