Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A registered professional engineer must, at all reasonable times at each place at which the registered professional engineer carries on the business of providing professional engineering services, keep all documents relating to the engineer's practice as a registered professional engineer available for inspection by an inspector in a form in which they can readily be inspected.
(2) An inspector may by written notice require a person to produce documents relating to the person's practice as a registered professional engineer.
(3) A notice under subsection (2) must state a time for complying with the notice, being not less than 14 days from the date of the notice.
