PROPERTY LAW ACT 1958 - SECT 17
False oaths and affirmations made punishable
Every person who at any time wilfully forswears himself or states anything
contrary to the truth in any oath or affirmation taken under the authority of
this Part shall be liable to the penalties of perjury.
