PREVENTION OF FAMILY VIOLENCE ACT 2018 - SECT 16

    (1)     The Agency is to have a governing body called the Board.

    (2)     The Board is responsible for—

        (a)     the oversight and management of the Agency; and

        (b)     ensuring that the roles and functions performed by the Agency comply with the functions of the Agency under this Act.
