Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Any reference to the Parliamentary Salaries and Superannuation Act 1968 in any Act, subordinate instrument, agreement or other document, so far as it relates to any period after the commencement of section 48 of the Victorian Independent Remuneration Tribunal and Improving Parliamentary Standards Act 2019 , is to be construed as a reference to the Parliamentary Salaries, Allowances and Superannuation Act 1968 , unless the contrary intention appears.
(2) Any reference to member or members in this Act or the regulations, so far as it relates to any period after the commencement of section 50(1) of the Victorian Independent Remuneration Tribunal and Improving Parliamentary Standards Act 2019 , is to be construed as a reference to Member or Members, unless the contrary intention appears.
