PUBLIC SECTOR (UNION FEES) ACT 1992 - SECT 3

In this Act—

S. 3 def. of public sector employer amended by Nos 46/1998 s. 7(Sch. 1), 108/2004 s. 117(1) (Sch.  3 item 169).

"public sector employer" means—

        (a)     the Crown; or

        (b)     an authority within the meaning of section 104 of the Public Administration Act 2004 .
