PERSONAL SAFETY INTERVENTION ORDERS ACT 2010 - SECT 5

For the purposes of this Act, prohibited behaviour is—

        (a)     assault; or

        (b)     sexual assault; or

        (c)     harassment; or

        (d)     property damage or interference; or

        (e)     making a serious threat.
