Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsSection 10A as amended by section 85 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2019 applies to a sentence imposed on or after the commencement of section 85 of that Act, irrespective of when the offence was committed.
