SENTENCING ACT 1991 - SECT 87G

In a proceeding on an application for a cost recovery order the offender—

        (a)     may appear personally; or

        (b)     may be represented—

              (i)     by a lawyer; or

              (ii)     with the leave of the court, by any other person.
