Sch. 1

PART A

Resolution passed on a ballot of the members of the Victoria Amateur Turf Club held on the nineteenth day of March One thousand nine hundred and sixty-three.

"That this meeting approve the merger with the Melbourne Racing Club and authorize the Committee to do all acts and things necessary to effect and finance the merger including the submission of the proposal to the Government of Victoria for approval and for the passing of appropriate legislation."

PART B

Resolution passed by the members of the Melbourne Racing Club at a general meeting held on the fourth day of March One thousand nine hundred and sixty-three.

"That this meeting approve the merger with the Victoria Amateur Turf Club and authorize the Committee to do all acts and things necessary to effect and finance the merger including the submission of the proposal to the Government of Victoria for approval and for the passing of appropriate legislation.".
