VICTORIAN PLANNING AUTHORITY ACT 2017 - SECT 11

    (1)     The Authority must have a board of directors.

    (2)     The board—

        (a)     is responsible for determining the general policies and strategic direction of the Authority for the purpose of achieving its objects; and

        (b)     may exercise the powers of the Authority.
